Blessings Of This Shop - and Looking Back on 2022
Happy December, and merry Christmas season, my friend!
As we have entered the last month of the year - and my shop has officially turned one at the end of November - I find myself reflecting on the blessings this teeny tiny business has been since I’ve listed my very first item (along with this one, and I was so nervous, but they have become bestsellers at this point).
This small shop has been a blessing for myself - and hopefully to others that have purchased and used my handmade aromatic products. I am extremely thankful for all the positive feedback in the last year.
It goes to show: These aromatic and herb-infused products we started using at home really do work and can be a wonderfully gentle, plant-based alternative to other generic products.
This shop allows me to serve others in tiny, yet not less significant, ways.
Sharpening My Focus
As I am explaining in this post, I have realized that what brings me the most joy, personally, and that I believe brings the best benefits and additions to families, individuals and their holistic toolboxes, are balms, salves, and rubs.
Their topical application can help with so many ailments: simply nourishing dried out skin, or used as a first aid ointment for little scratches and even rashes. They are so versatile, but can be made with such gentle ingredients.
Therefore, a I have retired a few products I was offering, and introduced a couple of new ones (such as the Cooling Rub + the Calendula Herbal Salve).
Aromatic (Mini) Bundles
I have also come to realize that bundles have been popular as gifts sent directly to the recipient. Hence, I have introduced a few more mini bundles (such as the Be Well Set and Tension Relief Duo).
These so wonderfully combine my enthusiasm for salves and custom made aromatherapy roll-ons.
Feel Good Wellness Box: Still Most-Gifted Bundle
This customizable wellness bundle was the first gift box I introduced and it has since been very well-received. I have also been lucky to create custom wellness boxes. My biggest order yet was pretty much a year ago, with 65 custom wellness boxes as a thank you to an organization’s employees. It was hard work, but I gladly took on this challenge - and the feedback was all worth it.
