Homemade Vitamin Gummies
It’s so nice to see you!
Wishing you and yours a very happy and healthy new year.
I have been meaning to share this super simple but well-loved recipe with you:
Homemade Vitamin Gummies
They are a weekly staple in our house especially this time of the year. Our kids gobble them up and I can put in a good amount of minerals and vitamin C to naturally support their (our whole family’s!) immune system.
Now, let’s make a new batch of those yummy vitamin gummies. Will you join me?
Gather Your Simple Ingredients
You will need:
Saucepan
Measuring cup
Juice of choice (we enjoy mango juice)
Coconut Water
optional: Mineral Drops (we use the brand Trace Minerals)
optional: Beef Liver Powder*

How to Make Vitamin Gummies
Pour your juice in the saucepan and sprinkle two and a half to three scoops of gelatin powder on top.
Keep everything on medium heat.
Wait for it to bloom (when the powder looks as if it is getting wet).
Then, stir it in.
Add the optional honey, mineral drops, beef powder. Stir.
Sprinkle in the vitamin C powder.
Give everything a good stir once more and pour into glass casserole dish of choice (deepening on how thick you would like the gelatin gummies to be).
I usually let it sit on the counter for another 20 minutes or so before I put it in the fridge to harden.
After a couple of hours, take the casserole dish out.
Cut little squares and store the gummies up to 5 ish days (if they last that long — they never do), in the fridge.

I hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we do in our home. These gummies are a great way to get some protein and vitamins in. They are a healthier snack option that most kiddos cannot resist. They usually last two to three days in our house.
If you want to get real fancy, you can get differently shaped gummy molds to add even more fun for the kids.
Enjoy!
